(1) I don't see anyone in my Beeline.
You may not have anything to see in your Beeline — yet! After signing up for Boost, your admirers will start populating in real-time. Keep in mind that your Beeline will constantly be updating with your admirers based on your search criteria.
It’s also possible that the users in your Beeline don’t fit the advanced filters you have set. Try removing your advanced filters to view all of your admirers.
(2) It's asking me to pay again.
Subscriptions are profile-specific. If you've deleted your account and created a new one, your subscription will not automatically transfer over to the new profile. Don't worry — our team can take care of this for you! Just reach out to the Support Team using our Contact Form and we'll take care of that right away.
(3) Where are my expired connections?
When you subscribe to Boost/Premium, you'll be able to rematch with your last five expired matches as well as any new expiring connections.
