Bumble is looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and bold Marketing Manager to help innovate, evolve and grow the brand within the UK and Ireland markets. Based in the London office and reporting directly to the UK Marketing Lead, this position will focus on actively ideating, identifying and executing 360 campaigns rooted in Bumble’s core values of kindness, respect and empowerment. With a focus on user acquisition and retention, this individual will work closely across the organisation to ensure a robust strategy is delivered each quarter, identifying and referring to key data and trends to inform approach. The role will feed into larger UK and Ireland activations but will also take an active role in growing Bumble’s user base outside of London into leading regional cities. This role should have a clear understanding of all marketing channels with experience in communications and internal people management. They should be inspired by the Bumble mission to end unhealthy relationships and actively share similar personal values and the spirit of the company mission.


  • Strategic Marketing & Communications Management
  • Execution of wider UK marketing campaigns on a regional level including marketing communication plans and press communications outreach
  • Managing localised content creation and liaising with digital marketing team to coordinate the delivery of integrated marketing components
  • Brand partnerships and events execution for all regional marketing initiatives, from ideation to completion
  • Outreach and management with local influencers, local press and student press
  • Drafting agreements and liaising with International Operations Manager and/or legal team to define commercial and contractual information for partnerships & events
  • Overseeing splash marketing initiatives, merchandise organisation and guiding assistance for all wider marketing initiatives

  • Creative Ideation
  • Ensuring Bumble is a creative leader in all amplification and execution of activations and partnerships
  • Continue to innovate and grow the brand through creative thinking - positioning the brand as an ever inspiring example of outstanding marketing in the consumer lifestyle space Inspire and develop the team to think creatively across all they do

  • Cross Functional Relationships within Bumble
  • Work closely with the UK Senior Marketing Manager and UK Junior Marketing Manager to ensure that UK campaigns and partnerships are disseminated regionally where appropriate/relevant, ensuring a fully integrated approach and regularly sharing learnings
  • Work closely with the UK Field Marketing team to ensure UK campaigns are weaved into field marketing initiatives on a continuous basis
  • Work closely with digital marketing & analytics teams to monitor impact of UK marketing activations and ensure we are adjusting our investment according to data insights

  • Budget Management
  • Manage budgets (developing projections and tracking actuals) or marketing across the UK and Ireland, strategically distributing an overall budget (signed off by the UK Senior Marketing Manager) across initiatives to achieve required goals
  • Accountable for ensuring spend for the above stays within budget on a month to month basis

  • Team Management
  • Line management of 1-2x Marketing Coordinators, with potential for growth


  • 3-5 years’ relevant marketing experience
  • Strategic 360 approach to marketing inclusive of all channels  
  • Understanding of UK consumer market and core demographic
  • Experience in creative marketing and campaign ideation
  • Experience in marketing campaign execution
  • Communications and media management  
  • Regional experience within brand work in UK and/or Ireland
  • Experience in managing a small internal team
  • Ability to understand data and utilise analysis to guide their planning
