Bumble is looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and bold Marketing Manager to help innovate, evolve and grow the brand within the UK and Ireland markets. Based in the London office and reporting directly to the UK Marketing Lead, this position will focus on actively ideating, identifying and executing 360 campaigns rooted in Bumble’s core values of kindness, respect and empowerment. With a focus on user acquisition and retention, this individual will work closely across the organisation to ensure a robust strategy is delivered each quarter, identifying and referring to key data and trends to inform approach. The role will feed into larger UK and Ireland activations but will also take an active role in growing Bumble’s user base outside of London into leading regional cities. This role should have a clear understanding of all marketing channels with experience in communications and internal people management. They should be inspired by the Bumble mission to end unhealthy relationships and actively share similar personal values and the spirit of the company mission.
