Bumble is looking for a Community Experience Associate who is excited to be the first point of contact for our users across all online mediums.  You will have the opportunity to manage the entire user experience and come up with creative ways to engage our users online and in real life.
You will be directly reporting to the Senior Manager of Community Experience and will be on the fun, compassionate team of User Support Specialists and Community Experience Associates.  

Your hours each week will be either one of these two shifts:
Tue-Sat, 1:30pm-10pm (except Wednesday, which would be 11am-7:30pm for the CX team weekly meeting)
OR
Tue-Sat, 10am-7:30pm (except Wednesday, which would be 11am-7:30pm for the CX team weekly meeting)
 
Responsibilities
-Provide friendly, personal, and efficient customer support
-Create and maintain authentic relationships with user base
-Manage flow of community questions and engagements via email and social media with prompt responses and delegating cases to relevant teams
-Technical troubleshooting
-Analyze customer feedback and support trends
-Understand user pain points, communicate their concerns internally, and influence our product
-Use your product expertise to collaborate with and help other teams

Requirements:
-Availability Tue-Sat, 1:30pm-10pm OR Tue-Sat, 10am-7:30 pm CT (except Wednesday, which would be 11am-7:30pm)
-A passionate connection to Bumble’s mission and brand, rooted in empowerment, kindness, online accountability and ending misogyny.
-Strong writing skills and keen attention to detail.
-Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment.
-Enjoy working with people and have a sincere desire to help others.
-Ability to work well with others in a collaborative work environment across countries.
-Transparency & communication with colleagues is key!
-Knowledge and experience in the tech sector & customer service (ideally working with apps).
-Bonus points if you’re a Bumble user and have startup experience!
-Preferred fluency in at least one other language in addition to English

***You must have availability Tue-Sat, 1:30pm-10pm OR Tue-Sat, 10am-7:30 pm CT (except Wednesday, which would be 11am-7:30pm). Evening and weekend shifts can be worked remotely.

Your assigned shift hours will not change, rather you will be assigned the shift hours that work best with the team upon the start of employment.
