Bumble BFF Success Story: Emily + Alex

Emily and Alex met on Bumble BFF in March 2016. Below is their story in their own words! 

What did you do the first time you hung out?

“We did a St. Patrick’s Day Bar Crawl in downtown Santa Monica!”

Where are you now?

Emily: “As our adventure has gone from app to apartment, Bumble BFFs to roommates, we’re true “soul sisters” and living proof that one right swipe can change your life!

Aside from our daily routine of splitting a pot of coffee and practicing yoga in our living room, we are known for our weekend adventuring (often resulting in the purchase of a new candle and an Instagram-worthy post). Whether we’re grabbing drinks under the Venice sun, surfing waves in San Onofre, hiking the breathtaking mountains of Yosemite or just checking out a new coffee spot, we always seem to find ourselves on a new California adventure. Speaking of which: our next big adventure is Coachella! Look out Indio, we’re coming for you!”

Erika: “Some would say 6 months is too soon to move in together, but I’d say it was a perfect decision. We have Bumble BFF to thank! We’re both originally from the east coast; now we get to live out the California dream together everyday. Since meeting, we’ve both stepped out of our comfort zones and into new adventures like camping, yoga, meditation, festivals, and more!”
