Payal Kadakia comes close to tears when she talks about the first South Asian role model she ever had, who she refers to as her One Connection. A self described introvert, Payal knows that her company, ClassPass, would be nowhere without the strength of the team she’s hired. “I inspire and empower my team by giving them the free reigns to shine,” she explains.
