Kayla, what stood out about Jason’s profile?

He seemed so genuine and laid back. He had the prettiest blue eyes I’d ever seen – they were like a calm blue ocean that I could get lost in for days. And the smile on his face from his profile photo was ear to ear, which was a clear indication that he was an easy-going, happy person.

Jason, what stood out about Kayla’s profile?

I was intrigued by her profile, the easy-going vibe that she seemed to have. She was beautiful. And I had a gut feeling about her so even though she hadn’t made a move just yet, I used my extension on her.

What was Kayla’s first move on Bumble?

It was an awkward scenario of several hellos, but then a riveting discussion about books and music, two things that we both are passionate about.

How long did you talk before deciding to go on a date?

We spent about a week conversing back and forth before deciding to meet for dinner.

Where did you go on your first date? 

We met at what is now one of our favorite places, Christina’s Mexican Cantina, followed by a walk down the aisles at a nearby bookstore.
