If you accidentally made a new profile, there is an easy fix to get you back into your original account. Just follow these steps below:
Mobile:
- Tap the grey silhouette on the bottom left corner of the main screen
- Tap the grey gear in the top right corner of the screen
- Scroll to the bottom and select “Delete account”
- Enter the word “delete” in all lowercase and tap to confirm
Once your new account is deleted, log in using the opposite method you previously tried (e.g., if you used your phone number try logging in with Facebook)
Web:
- Click your profile image in the top left corner of the screen
- Go to your settings
- Scroll down and tap on “Delete account”
- Follow the instructions to delete your account
