Enjoying Bumble Boost, but ready to take dating to the next level with Bumble Premium? Follow these simple steps below to unlock all our features:
In the Bumble App, tap the grey silhouette icon
- Tap on “My pay plan”
- Tap on the box in the middle of the screen that says “Premium”
- Select your subscription, then tap “Continue”
- Complete the payment process
For Bumble Web:
- Click your name in the top left corner of your screen
- Select “Upgrade to Bumble Premium”
Once you’ve upgraded, depending on your payment method, you will either:
- Get a partial refund
- The price of the purchase is adjusted for the upgrade and the new Bumble Premium subscription term you selected starts
- Your remaining Bumble Boost service is converted into Bumble Premium, and you are charged the difference
Please note, the refund can take up to 14-21 business days to land back in your bank account and if for any reason your refund is not initiated, please contact our Billing Team here.
