- Sign out of Bumble (if you can)
- Delete the Bumble app (not your account/profile)
- Clear your web browser's cookies and cache from your device Settings
- Redownload the Bumble app and sign back in
Depending on your device, to clear your cookies and cache, follow the steps below:
iPhone:
- Go to your device Settings
- Scroll down and tap on “Safari”
- Scroll down and tap on “Advanced”
- Tap on “Website Data” and select “Remove All Website Data”
Android:
- Open the Chrome app
- Tap on the three dots on the top right corner
- Tap on “History” and select “Clear browsing data”
- Select the time range you want to clear
- Nex to “Cookies and site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes
- Tap “Clear data”
