The Young Women’s Leadership Connection (YWLC) is a volunteer-run grassroots orgnization in Singapore. Passionate about community building and empowering people, Kelley drives YWLC’s strategic direction to create mentorship, leadership, social impact, and networking opportunities for young women. She’s also volunteered in various capacities with organizations in the UK and China.

Kelley is also a disputes lawyer specializing in commercial litigation and international arbitration.
