How has the Honey Program impacted you personally?
The Honey Program has helped me develop and flourish in my creative and professional skills. It’s given me the platform to take my creativity and actually have the resources to enact my ideas. It’s helped me find a community of support in all types of endeavors whether it’s sharing a fun TikTok I made or sharing a project I did outside of Bumble Honey. I constantly tell everyone I know that the Honey Program is one of the best things I’ve ever decided to do in college and it’s made such a positive impact on me in my life.

What was a highlight from your time as a Honey
I was invited to HQ in Austin, TX for the Bumble Honey Bootcamp in 2018. That experience was the catalyst for me in terms of truly understanding what this program and its mission was all about. I met fellow ambassadors, heard from company executives, and saw firsthand how Bumble has changed so many lives. It helped me realize that Bumble is not just a brand, but a way of life. It’s about owning who you are, going after what you want, and advocating for respect. It’s about understanding that you deserve to be heard and respected. It’s about working towards a more accountable and respectful world.

How has the Honey Program impacted your professional career?
Being a Bumble Honey allowed me to build strong relationships with fellow professionally-driven students, as well as cultivate mentor relationships and network with members of Bumble HQ. The skills I gained and improved upon through my experiences leading teams, organizing deliverables, and communicating to a variety of audiences were applicable to all career opportunities I was interested in throughout my senior year. Ultimately, the emphasis that the Honey Program places on professional development, growth opportunities, and building strong relationships with fellow Honeys and HQ allowed me to grow both personally and professionally and eventually begin a full-time position at Bumblee post-gradd
