Disputes Regarding Content Removal and Account Blocks

The Digital Services Act (DSA) offers mechanisms for challenging decisions made by online platforms concerning user content and accounts. If you believe that we have erroneously taken action on your account or content, you have the option to appeal our decision within a six-month period. If you wish to appeal a decision, please start by taking a moment to read the relevant section of our Community Guidelines. If you still think there has been a mistake in the action taken on your account or content, the best way to appeal is to fill out the appeals form linked in the notification shown to you at the time. Alternatively, you can contact us (please explain why you are appealing our decision, and give as much detail as you can).

Additionally, you can seek assistance from a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body to address any disagreements related to our actions on your account or content. This includes cases where you disagree with the outcome of an appeal. The European Commission will maintain a website listing the available certified settlement bodies. It’s important to note that decisions made by these out-of-court dispute settlement bodies are not legally binding on either you or Bumble.
