If you’ve previously used your phone number to log in to your Bumble account but have a new number, you won’t be able to use the old number to log in anymore. However, if you added a secondary login method to your account (Facebook or Apple ID), you’ll still be able to log in by simply selecting the secondary login method.
If you use your phone number to log in to your account and haven’t added a secondary login method yet, we strongly recommend doing so for your account security and convenience. Here’s how to add another login method to your account.
Unfortunately, if your phone number has changed and you didn’t add a secondary login method, you will not be able to login and unfortunately, Bumble cannot help you regain access to your account. In this circumstance, please contact us here to request for your account to be deleted. Simply choose the "request my data" option, fill in the relevant information, and specify that you'd like your account to be deleted. This process will require our team to verify your identity to confirm you are the account owner and have a right to make such a request.
