My app isn't working, what should I do?

If you’re experiencing a technical issue with the app, we recommend trying these troubleshooting steps first to help get you back up and buzzin’.

  1. Sign out of Bumble (if you can)
  2. Delete the Bumble app (not your account/profile)
  3. Clear your web browser's cookies and cache from your device Settings
  4. Redownload the Bumble app and sign back in

Depending on your device, to clear your cookies and cache, follow the steps below:


  1. Go to your device Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap on “Safari”
  3. Scroll down and tap on “Advanced”
  4. Tap on “Website Data” and select “Remove All Website Data”


  1. Open the Chrome app
  2. Tap on the three dots on the top right corner
  3. Tap on “History” and select “Clear browsing data”
  4. Select the time range you want to clear
  5. Nex to “Cookies and site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes
  6. Tap “Clear data”
