When I log in my profile is blank. What’s happening?

Logging in to find your profile empty and all your connections missing can be jarring but don’t panic, there may be a simple fix that will get you up and buzzing ASAP!

We’ve found that frequently this issue is caused by simply choosing the wrong method at sign in. To see if this is the case give these steps a try:

Mobile:

  1. Select the profile avatar on the bottom left corner of the main screen.
  2. Select the grey gear in the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and select “Log Out.”
  4. Log in using the opposite method you previously tried (e.g. if you used your phone number try logging in with Facebook).

Web:

  1. Click your profile image in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Click “Log Out.”
  3. Log in using the opposite method you previously tried (e.g. if you used your phone number try logging in with Facebook).

Additionally, if you have recently updated your Facebook login information (the email you use to access Facebook) this may be causing the app to create a new profile rather than sending you to your original account.
