Instant Match lets you connect with someone you met in real life by scanning your personal QR code to share your Bumble profile. You’ll instantly match and be able to see what interests you have in common.

To use Instant Match:

• Open your profile tab.
• Tap the QR code icon in the top right corner of your screen.
• Show your QR code to the person you’ve met and ask them to scan it with their phone camera.

Top tips: 

• Use the QR code directly in the app instead of saving a screenshot, as QR codes are refreshed often!
• You’ll need access to the internet to use Instant Match. 
• You’ll only see shared interests on the match screen. If you exit this, these won’t be shown again
