How to request info?
In order for us to process your request, please complete the form below and attach an official signed document on letter head or official court documents, containing the following info:
- The user ID (i.e. http://bumble.com/0123456789) or email address used for registration, if known
- The reason for your request, and what information is required
- An email address from a law enforcement domain, and a phone number
- A named contact person, including department and title
Please note that it may take up to 30 days to process your request, but we aim to respond to enquiries within a week. Should any of the data mentioned above be missing, your request will be delayed in processing. We will respond to you as soon as possible, and may request further details if needed.
