I made a new account and can't find my subscription. What do I do?

Don’t be alarmed if you create a new profile and your subscription hasn’t transferred. 

Bumble Boost and Premium subscriptions are profile-specific, which means that if you delete your account and create a new profile, your subscription will not automatically transfer over. 

To transfer your subscription, you’ll need to contact us here and we’ll get that sorted for you in no time! 

Please note, if you subscribed via iTunes, you need to cancel your subscription so it doesn’t continue to renew on your old account.
